Moodie Pro comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — both monthly and yearly plans are covered.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all Moodie orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@moodie.one and we will help. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel a Moodie Pro membership at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep member features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your saved library and ratings stay yours and remain editable after a membership ends.
